· Detailed technical coaching in rowing and coxing, Individual coaching tailored to each rower’s/coxswain’s experience level - from complete novice to experienced racer. · 10:1 rower to coach ratio to ensure quality, individual attention. · Intensive technical ergometer coaching. · Strength and Cardiovascular training education. · Performance Enhancement and Mental Preparation Training. · Nutrition education for optimum athletic performance. · Access to state-of-the-art training and rowing equipment. · Breakfast, lunch and dinner will be served family style in the Midshipmen Dining Facility, King Hall. · All participants will receive commemorative camp shirts and a group photo. |
