Registration Information

COST for 2010: $790.00

  •    Cost includes room, board, T-shirt, booklet of training lessons, BWI transportation, all rowing instruction, and clinics.

·         Cancellations received by e-mail 14 days prior to check-in qualify for a full refund less a $100.00 service fee. No refunds are issued for cancellations within 14 days of check-in.

·         Payment can be by credit card or check.

Check-In/Out

·         Check-in will be held between 4:30-5:30 PM on SUNDAY at the Class of 1953 Pavilion of the Navy/Marine Corps Football Stadium, located at the north end of the stadium by the center scoreboard. You can get there by using Gate 5 of Football Stadium Parking Lot on Taylor Ave. Checking in by 5:30 PM is imperative in order to make dinner muster at 6:30 PM.

·         At the stadium, you will receive a gate pass, room number and directions to drive onto campus. You will also need this pass to pick up your child at the dormitory at the end of camp. You can get a second pass if someone else is picking up your son at the end of camp.

·         After check-in at the stadium, you will drive onto campus to drop off your child at Bancroft Hall. They can settle into their rooms before we have a camp meeting and then dinner at King Hall.

·         Campers must be picked up from 10:30-11:00 AM on the last day of camp (THURSDAY) at the dormitory.  Campers heading back to the BWI airport/rail station will be leaving on a bus at 10:30 AM.
